Good news! Our journey to simpler, faster, and more convenient way of sending remittances to the Philippines has started! As we get ready to provide our clients with much deserved service enhancements, please be informed that Xchanged USA Mobile App will be temporarily unavailable starting August 1, 2022 through September 30, 2022.
Beginning October 1, 2022, you will experience changes such as but not limited to the following:
- Xchanged USA Mobile App will be renamed PNB Global Remit Mobile App
The App will be renamed after PNB’s reputable and ever reliable remittance arm in the US–PNB Global Remit (trade name of PNB Remittance Centers, Inc. or PNB RCI). PNB RCI has been in the money remittance business in the US since 1991. PNB has been providing banking services to Filipinos in the US since 1917.
You will see PNB Global Remit's branding in the renamed App.
Existing users of Xchanged USA Mobile App need not register again. Currently installed Apps will be automatically replaced by the new PNB Global Remit Mobile App.
New users on the other hand can search for ‘PNB Global Remit’ or ‘PNB Global’ in the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Straight-through remittance with the removal of the electronic-wallet (e-wallet) from the App
You can remit directly from your bank account (by ACH debit or use of a debit card) without the need to fund an e-wallet in the App.
Your e-wallet will remain active and its available balance can still be remitted up to July 31, 2022. Starting August 1, 2022 through September 30, 2022, any remaining/unremitted e-wallet balance will be refunded via ACH credit to your bank account that was used to fund the e-wallet.

- New Terms and Conditions
Effective July 31, 2022, Xchanged, LLC (owner of the Xchanged USA Mobile App) will stop being an authorized agent of PNB Global Remit. Starting August 1, 2022, Xchanged shall transition to being the technology provider of the PNB Global Remit Mobile App.
During the transition, you may continue sending money to the Philippines by visiting PNB Global Remit’s branches. Alternatively, you may use their other non-face-to-face channels such as Web Remit or Phone Remit. For any related inquiries, please contact PNB Global Remit via [email protected].
